I hired Suzette based on many recommendations to help with real estate escrow dispute case. As it is stated here, initial case review is free and upon initial phone call she seemed professional. After I formally hired her and sent retainer, she immediately slapped me with $2k for that initial phone call, disappeared for three months and on every attempt to reach her to find the status she slapped me back with fees totaling $5k.
