Villa takes no accountability for staff not doing their job. Staff does not show up for work. The help ignores the needs of the residents. No weekend management to make sure the staff does their job on weekend. Facility not kept clean, floors need to be mopped, tables washes ect. Piece of bread can be sitting on the floor for days. Chef is cooking & serving residents makes for a long wait time to eat. Staff is not friendly. Not sure what the ratio is worker to resident?
