Wonderful People When my husband came here I was amazed at the level of care he received. The entire staff was always welcoming and smiling, it really gave the place a great energy.
Staff makes the facility great The staff makes it enjoyable to spend time here. They were so helpful and very caring through out my stay. I enjoyed spending time with all the great people, but it is nice to get back home. They got me healthy and that's really all I can ask for. - S. P.
Amazing results My aunt has used Villa Springfield and has had amazing results. After breaking her hip we were worried but the staff here is absolutely great and helped her recovery along speedily.
Villa was chosen because of its ratings. According to my dad, this place takes full advantage of the pandemic which means no visitors. Family members are clueless to the living conditions of their loved ones inside this place. My dad is a severe diabetic and his sugar hasn’t been checked in four days. My dad is normally a fun loving person with jokes, especially when it comes to nurses - he’s a big flirt. He’s absolutely miserable in that place. RecommendedNone of us like to think about having a loved one spend their last days in a healthcare center. But it is inevitable in many cases. Our mother raised 8 children with our wonderful father and she is so loved. We have so much peace of mind knowing that she is well taken care of at Villa, especially now that our visits with her are limited. Thank you, Bill Robinson, and all of your staff, for taking such good care of her. Thank you all for the risks that you take everyday caring for our loved ones.

stay was awesome, staff are all friendly.. nurses annd aides were supper nice. if had problems they fixed. therapy was good. i couldnt do some exercises and they worked with me. i'm going to do out patient theropy hee to continue. would highly recommend this facility to every one. love this place.
I want to say Villa was so awesome with my mom and the care she received. My mother had a stroke, came to villa and she’s walking an getting her speech back , thanks to them and there hard work. The therapist, aid, and management team always are there to help get throughout rough times. Everyone at villa was nice and so caring to my mom. I highly recommend the facility!! Thanks y’all!!
We have been coming to Villa for several years to visit, encourage and pray for the residents. The staff is very supportive and the facility is very clean and bright! It’s a joy to be a part of the villa family !
