I lived for a year, the place was great at first but as soon as they sold the business and got new management it went down hill fast! The new manager has NO IDEA what she is doing, she literally emails and calls everyone including the other manager for help. I had 6 maintenance requests from when I moved not done and then Covid hit so they couldn’t do those, when I moved out she said I was paying for those damages even after she had acknowledged they were months old requests! Recommendedgreat place to live they really don't charge a lot for rent. wish the pool was open. the new manager is very nice. the old manager and her friend would sale pills out of the office would not do anything for anyone.
They get stuff done. a maintenance man and Julian care about the people here.
Don’t get me wrong, the apartments are amazing. Great rates and a nice layout of the apartment. Although maintenance sucks. I’ve been waiting 7 months for my stove over to be fixed (only one small one works), also for my outs to be fixed. I had my toilet constantly flooding and had to turn it off for 3 weeks waiting for them to show up. I also moved in with a screen on a window with a big hole, bedroom door with a hole and scratches all over the mirror. Great place to live decent rates
the maintenece on these apts sucks they nevet have the office open and never answer the phonev
it is a "horrible" place to live! for example the maintenance/ time they take to fix things is months. We had to wait 4 months or more on average to get things fixed and they will do anything they can to get your money, they are greedy cheats/liars, when we moved out they said everything was fine/looked good in the initial walkthrough of the apartment, then I get my deposit check and most of it was taken do to what they said was a dirty/trashed apartment, lesson don't live here or if you do document everything so the don't c... read more
