I've lived at Villa Sierra for almost a year. The only thing going for them is the views.... they are amazing in the upper apartments. If you over look the black water in the swimming pools. In this past 9 months we have had 2 managing companies and neither one has done anything to improve conditions here. The hot water is out right now for 2 days, they say it isn't. The hot water heaters are so old they can't get parts so they break down repeatedly. Two huge pools, neither opened this summer (2023). They are full of disgust... read more
Villa Sierra Apartments in the past 18 months has had 2 management companies that have turned a once nice complex into a dismal dump! Both managements have ceased spending on any property needs...landscaping, MAINTENANCE, pools etc even after raising rents to an insane amount considering the issues here. Office people always have an attitude when reporting issues that seldom get taken care of.
