I am writing to share my wonderful experience with Jherric from the maintenance team. Jherric is truly amazing; he is incredibly kind and patient. He works quickly and takes the time to explain exactly what he did to ensure I understood what was fixed. Additionally, he informed me to expect a follow-up by the middle of next week. It is such a blessing to have a maintenance team member who is so professional and kind. I believe he is a great asset to your team and deserves a raise for his hard work and excellent service!

We had a FUNGUS GNAT infestation throughout the complex for about 3 months (February to May) and they got into our apartment through cracks in the doors and window frames. It was a NIGHTMARE experience. We would find dead gnats all over our apartment. We did everything we could, but at the end of the day we had to ride it out because the problem was outside throughout the entire complex.
