A Leaking roof with dark chemicals in it…..🤢 yes, in Orange County in 2025! A Leaking washing machine tube is causing a fungus infestation in IRVINE! Not seeing in these pictures is a refrigerator that breaks down and can ruin my food anytime! In the heat of summer!! No jokes! I’m honestly not sure where to begin. It’s been over three weeks since my family submitted a maintenance request online for several things that broke down in the unit. Since then, we’ve followed up multiple times — including three separate visits to the office — asking when someone will come to fix the issues. Each time, we’ve told someone will be sent, but no one ever shows up and there’s been zero follow-up. Leasing office is impossible to speak to. They take weeks to even get in touch. And when you get in touch they give you the run around. I don’t recommend anyone to live here.
