**Update** After finally hearing back from management, I was told they would approve a transfer to another unit. However, I was informed that I would have to pay the current market rate, which is $300 more per month for the exact same floor plan. I find it extremely frustrating that I'm being asked to pay an additional $300 a month to relocate due to ongoing issues with my current unit that I did not cause and that have still not been properly resolved. ************* I would not recommend living here. Going to edit this review after a considerate call by the apartment leasing staff. I mistakenly thought I was billed twice at move out but that was just miscommunication. I lived here Ina 2bhk townhouse for a year. The maintaine service was a bit too slow for my liking but the rest of the stay was good.
