Going to edit this review after a considerate call by the apartment leasing staff. I mistakenly thought I was billed twice at move out but that was just miscommunication. I lived here Ina 2bhk townhouse for a year. The maintaine service was a bit too slow for my liking but the rest of the stay was good.

He works quickly and takes the time to explain exactly what he did to ensure I understood what was fixed. Additionally, he informed me to expect a follow-up by the middle of next week. It is such a blessing to have a maintenance team member who is so professional and kind. I believe he is a great asset to your team and deserves a raise for his hard work and excellent service!
