Staff friendly, especially Jazmine was great. Other than that, we’ve had a terrible experience moving in. Every step of the way, from searching for a unit all the way until post-move-in, there has been some kind of roadblock because of management. A Leaking roof with dark chemicals in it…..🤢 yes, in Orange County in 2025! A Leaking washing machine tube is causing a fungus infestation in IRVINE! Not seeing in these pictures is a refrigerator that breaks down and can ruin my food anytime! In the heat of summer!! No jokes! There is also a leaking bathroom water tank, and they expect me to pay for the water that’s being wasted! apparently these people haven’t heard about California drought!
