Shout out to the Villa Serrano, where I have been living my best life for the last 14 years thanks to my awesome neighbors and the staff here making life very comfortable for me and my family. Absolute nightmare living here. Huge roaches everywhere in the apartment. No parking at all. They stole my $500 security deposit. I moved out 11/26/23 and haven’t received my security deposit as of 02/13/24. I have reached out several times and the leasing office is not helpful. They scammed me out of my security deposit.
After living here for almost 5yrs with no issues, I made my rent 2 days late and received an eviction notice which has affected me to date, wouldn't recommend at all
