Perfect apartments, but they are creating a lot of problems for parking spots due to construction. No estimated days of finishing construction. I am paying big amount of money for rent and not having my parking spot 5 days per week. No cooperation from management.
Everything was fine until the construction began. I work night shifts and am currently unable to use my assigned parking space, which is clearly stated in my lease and for which I continue to pay. Management suggests parking on the street; however, when I return from my night shift there are often no available spaces, and on some days street parking is not permitted at all. It's frustrating that they give preference to people who work on the property and not to residents for parking. Even the security guard has his reserved parking space.
It's very frustrating to live in a place where they are constantly making repairs outside the building make them very uncomfortable because that takes away tranquility and comfort from the residents.
