The new Manager is a big improvement from the past however they have not fully staffed their Maintenance and Cleaning crews. The washing machines and dryers are rumored to be in the process of being replaced but right now they're just old and worn out. The land is large with a nice backyard. The Saint Francis Foundation that supports the residents and public spaces make a lovely effort to provide barbecues and meals for holidays and even a concert or two have come here.
Grounds are lovely, people here are lovely, no real issues here. They care about my health and encourage and inspire me everyday..for now its perfect. Only suggestion is vegetarian options and maybe security cameras ;) maybe not
Good place to live
I am very happy living here. The people who live here are nice.
