Eff that place!
I had an appointment to view an apartment. The property manager Ms Keysha Price canceled about 5 minutes prior; I didn’t expect this and didn’t check messages on my phone. So someone else conducted the apartment viewing. After that I emailed the property manager numerous time and... nothing. No response. Management only cares about collecting the rent. 2 tenants were found DEAD in their apartment and had been there for at least 2-3 days the smell was so bad in the hallways that I took it upon myself to use my own cleaning supplies to mop the hallways to remove the smell of the decomposing SMELL of a Dead human body. While I mopped the hallway floors some one closed the windows and I reopened them and had to stand there to be sure that no one else would close them back. This place needs to be shut down permanently. My father has lived there and has had bed bugs more than 3 times. They spray and what ever else but they keep coming back. It’s supposed to be smoke free but his entire floor has smokers and he has copd. They do not care about there tenants at all. I’m reporting them to the health board and the news!
My experience so far has not been pleasant. The communication is terrible and I am only trying to check the status of my father’s application of which he completed and signed it on January 8, 2024. It was hand-delivered on January 10, 2024 and I was told that it would take about 2 weeks for verification and someone would be in touch.
