I am very happy living here. The people who live here are nice.
As a rule, maintenance usually handles problems in a timely manner. Lately, due to an upcoming inspection, they've been extremely thorough with keeping up with things. However, management keeps changing hands. So I think that maybe sometime after the inspection will be a better judge of how living conditions will be in the future.
