We’ve lived here 4 years and find it to be clean and quiet with friendly management. Maintenance has always responded promptly. Shout out to Brett for his top notch communication skills. He always lets us know when repairs will be addressed and when they’re completed. He’s respectful and reliable. Thanks Brett, we appreciate you!
Horrible place to live. Nothing gets fixed. No one’s on the same page. Ratings jumped up out of nowhere prob friends or employees cuz nothing has changed for the better
Office staff is nice and answers calls and questions. That being said… these apartments are outdated. Broken items and When they were fixed, they broke again, so stopped asking. when the broken screen door was mentioned all that was done was some WD-40 spray, which I never used to fix a door hanging off. Window screens falling off. I’ve seen others around complex too. Dog droppings all over the place and the dog park. Takes forever for cleaning to be done around the complex. 5/20/26 -Eldridge sent maintenance to my unit to repair the dishwasher. I was expecting 2 - 3 days. Brett was at my door in 2 hours! He diagnosed and repaired what wasn't done months ago (July), within 20 minutes! *Brett -5 stars Eldridge was my leasing agent when I moved here. When he is present, I know whatever it is I need will get done. *Eldridge -5 stars
