I visited this week to view an apartment with a friend of mine, Elaine was very pleasant and answered everyone of our questions. She was a delight and definitely had great customer service skills.
I will love to give a big shout out to the Assistant Manager name Mrs Elaine Gaiter! From fulling out the application, to showing me the new place, for always keep a smile on her face ! We’ve lived here 4 years and find it to be clean and quiet with friendly management. Maintenance has always responded promptly. Shout out to Brett for his top notch communication skills. He always lets us know when repairs will be addressed and when they’re completed. He’s respectful and reliable. Thanks Brett, we appreciate you!
