Elaine was professionanl very informative. Added some of her experiences from the area. I love her outgoingpersonality. Happy person who i had a pleasure of talking with during the tour. Would love to deal with her again. If I decide this place.
Pros and Cons here: Pros: It's in a good spot in Henderson Cons: -First, they gave me parking about a two minute walking distance from my apartment in the middle of the summer. I had to wait for someone to move out of my complex so I could have regular parking. This lasted about a month. Then they accidentally gave my parking to a new neighbor and caused a slight conflict but it quickly got resolved a week after. -Next, this was my biggest issue. The pool hasn’t been open in a minute, it’s not blue but green. And the gym hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Very quiet apartment complex but maintenance needs to tighten up…a lot of dog poop not being picked up.
Elaine and Rebecca wonderful experience every time need attention to a matter they follow through very personable and kind. I am approaching my second year here and office staff just wonderful!
Def need more lighting. Especially by kelso dunes entrance/exit. People leave huge pieces of furniture and at night almost hit it. Safety.
