Constructive criticism...I have been going to Villa Salon since they opened in '20-'21and have returned twice now that it is Queen's. The nail techs are VERY good and meticulous although there is no laughter any more between them. My concerns after going today are that the cleanliness is certainly going downhill and they seemed short- handed. The techs' carts were dirty and disorganized, the "paint brushes" used to dust nails are rough and don't seem clean and things are starting to pile up on the back counter. Queen's, take... read more
Queen Nails was a top experience yesterday. I received a gel polish removal, gel manicure & gel pedicure. Tom performed the gel manicure & Trish did my gel Aloe Pedicure. Both professionals gave excellent service and my nails are beautiful. While I was there I had a mojito & enjoyed the beautiful ambiance of their chandiliers & running waterfall. Highly recommend.
Belle was fantastic! She brought my vision to life exactly the way I wanted. I’m beyond impressed with how beautiful my nails turned out—they look amazing, and I can’t wait to show them off! Thank you, Queen Nails & Lash for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back!
