They have been on a downward spiral. Tonight was the last straw....wife waited 15 minutes for a pick up order that was way wrong, receipt showed the order correct, pizza was wrong, and slightly undercooked, AGAIN. They offered a free replacement, delivered, which was nice. This is a treat for us, I just wanted it right the first time. Time to start driving to La Grange for Palermos or 191 for Beggars. Way more consistent!! Bye VR!!!!!!
