The worst customer service I have ever come across at any kind of establishment. I have been calling for a week trying to confirm that I would not be charged for a reservation (you know since the hotel wasn't even open). Was told several times to call back when the manager was in. The manager was never in. Sure enough check in date rolls around and I was still charged!!! DO NOT PUT UP WITH VILLA ROSA INN. There are plenty of other places to stay in Santa Barbara.

Love the entire place-particularly the balconies and charming window seats in the rooms, as well as the beautiful lobby/courtyard/pool area. Wonderful B & B! The courtyard, which is an enclosed area with a pool and jacuzzi, really stands out as being a comfy cozy niche where guests can relax and take in the soft ocean air. The decor is colonial Spanish and so divine! Staff was wonderful. Great experience! We’d stay here again 😋

We had a terrible night!!! We actually had to call the police to come escort us out at 2:30 in the morning. There was something bad going on that night. Doors slamming so hard it actually shook the room. People coming and going started at 1:00. We tried to contact someone in the hotel to check....several times..... no answer. We tried the emergency number..... no answer. At 2:30, we decided to get the hell out of there but We were afraid to go out in the hall. This was an AWFUL experience.
