I lived here for about 6 months and wish I could have longer - but I had to move for a job. These apartments are maintained great and my favorite part was I never heard my neighbors below because of how nicely the apartments were built. The upper units are wonderful with the vaulted ceilings. I loved living here! Joe is also wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
Pros -Beautiful area, spacious, comes with garage and it's quiet. -Pay rent on time and get a $10 discount. CONS They raise the rent every year. Started at $1150. 1 year later $1250 if I sign another year I'm at $1325!!!! Would be nice to know that before signing lease. Now you know. -Spiders spiders and more spiders. Did I mention they raise the rent every year.
It's an ok place. It was clean and nice people
Lived at Villa Rosa for a year while attending school. Apartments were spacious, cost-effective, and quiet. The complex itself is also very close to the lake and its adjacent nature trails. Would certainly recommend.
