Let’s start off with the apartment it’s self. For the price, you get what you pay for. Except you wouldn’t expect bugs and leaks every time it rains. Let’s start with the owners. Not sure why there’s no recent reviews? I’ve heard that they delete the bad reviews that recent tenants leave. Anyways let’s get to the point. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Especially because of the white bald head dude I forgot his name and his wife Laura. They’re both ignorant and rude. They get mad when you call to complain about something. I have lived at Villa Roma Apartments for over 30 years. I have always felt safe and secure in my apartment and sitting on my patio. I have many wonderful neighbors. Management has always been friendly and accommodating. Maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. I definitely enjoy living here.

Stopped by to check out these apartments because I am going to be moving soon. The staff was very nice and friendly. The grounds were clean no trash and very well maintained. Definitely on the top of my list to move into!
