Management is the worst as is the company managing Villa Roma. This place is not very good to live!! KJAX keeps taking my pics down! Things were different when the owner, Dick James, RIP, was alive. Putins buddies are under control now!
Villa Roma has been a very enjoyable living experience going on 8+ years. Management has always solved our problems beyond expectation. Definitely would recommend for future residents!
The complex is clean and quite. New manager Mila doing a lot for the property to make the place better and it's so visible. Clean laundry rooms, friendly and responsive office stuff and secured mail boxes. I also like the price and location . We already 2 years live here and didn't have any issues so far.

Only been here about a week but so far everything has been great! Reasonable rent price for the quality of the unit and the area and very nice landlord! So far no complaints.
