We have been here since Jan 1, 2024. We have had 3 maintenance issues. The tub was "painted" (not correct term), but started peeling. The bathroom fan made a horrendous noise. We submitted maintenance request. Within 1 day we had a response. 3 days scheduling for repairs was made, then 2 days later the tub was repaired and the fan replaced. Since the material used on the tub smells horribly, management provided us with a key to a model unit so we would have a bathroom to use until the smell dissipated, about 8-10 hours.
