Great spot for students at OSU/Newark Branch! Our son stayed here for the fall 2018/2019 school term at the Newark branch of OSU. We found the price very reasonable and the accommodations perfectly suited for what we needed. Parking is available for each renter. Newark Village Square is close to the campus, close to shopping, and the management was very helpful with any questions. Thank you, Lisa and Ashley, for being available for any and all questions, We appreciate all you do!
Do not recommend! Lived here for a year. They mow super early in the morning right next to your windows. The landlords are very petty and nosey. There are bugs everywhere. They leave 24 hour notices on the door at least 4 times a month to enter your apartment, so there is no privacy. If you own a pet you have to pay a crazy extra amount and at one time they even asked us to pour water over my dogs pee so it wouldn't stain the grass. Poor I would put 0 stars but can't do that this is a very bad apartment we don't have water half the time the less water you have the higher your bill is we started out with a16.00 a month water bill when we finally moved out we was paying 30.00 a month and maintenance doesn't do anything but half the work the pool was green over half the summer the landlord is only nice to you if your on her side and as soon as you stick up for yourself she only talks to you if need to she talks behind your back oh ya don't forget the fire ... read more
Poor is too good for this property A zero is what I'd rate it. This is the sorriest run apartments in the country. When I moved in a year and a half ago it was nice but the new manager is so dishonest she puts the devil himself to shame. When the lease was up all she wanted to do is keep adding more and more fees for trumped up issues. I wouldn't ever expect to get the deposit back but she lies about everything and harasses the tenants with threats. Awful As the last person has said NO FREAKIN HOT WATER!!!!! like seriously we pay rent here we're not asking for free handouts- it's hot water a basic need!!!! Days go by with no hot water and no end in sight. It's bad enough having to take a cold shower but I refuse to make my kids bathe in freezing water. Going to have to look for a different place since this one seems to be inhabitable.
Persistent Hot Water Issues This property should be investigated and the owner should be charged due to health concerns and violations. The hot water in this complex is always off at 3 days at a time. It is aterrible place to live if one is raising a family with children that cannot be bathed because of its constant hot water problems.

peace full My apartments where I live are clean quiet.If I need anything fix don't have to wait long rent is affordable they will work with you.Good management also very professional covenant to stores nice people neighbors help each other out most apartments don't do that nice patios for get together I made the right choice with sol Luna apartments and you don't wait long for apartment they try get everyone a apartment off waiting list for me I got apartment when I apply for a apartment which I was very pleased.
