I would avoid unit 203. The freezer was not working and once we notified the mgmt com0any they were able to replace immediately. We were told the owner knew this. The unit itself is a remodeling I progress. The stairs rail had screws coming out at the top of the stairs and a no existing pantry. There was a dangerous opening under the stairs where the owner Had stored the beach/pool items.
