I will be living here 14 years as of February 1 2025 and I love it here so much I plan on dieing here.
It's cockroach infested beyond belief. A lot of the people that live here kind of seem like they were just released from Napa State hospital . They all seem to lack basic appropriate social skills.
I currently live at Villa Rita Apartments.
Mgmt was very lax, couldn't get any info across because she was working 2 or 3 of her jobs from villa Rita. Maintenance felt he had a strong hand in running the place. Crazy. I hated it.
