Mr Thomas, the owner discriminated against my team and I. He asked us for verified proof of funds and we provided bank statements. He then said, they weren’t good enough. He stated that anyone could make up a bank statement. He also asked if he could speak to the owner or the person in charge. I told him it was me and he told me that what I provided wasn’t good enough to view the property. I then reached out to my private lending partners and got a proof of funds letter. honestly the owner is terrible he does not fix anything. when speaking to health department about a current resident and the nasty condition of her apartment, they told me he doesn't care to deal with the issue causing bed bugs and roaches all over the building. DO NOT MOVE IN TO ANY OF HIS RENTAL PROPERTY! (131ST STEERT)
I really enjoy working with the staff @ Villa Realty. Friendly, Knowledgeable and experienced - what more can one ask for?
The Building was nasty in and out the Apartment on 131st was nasty and dirty and full of dead Roaches...Old carpet just terrible..
