This is the worst Escrow office, please go elsewhere. Denna and Craig are very unprofessional not only to say Craig is the owner of this escrow company and he also works for Ticor Title....SCAM SCAM SCAM I had a second loan in my prior home they both said this loan did not exist and I didn’t owe it. How did it slipped, I don’t know if it show in the preliminary all along. Due to their negligence I am in a huge messed thanks to both of them!

This was the worst escrow experience. Dena Hoss was our escrow officer. Just a few items that occurred: my client was insulted by escrow, there was no communication between escrow and my client, the client's lender and me, it's tough to get them to answer the phone and, when they do, there is always a number of excuses on why something hasn't been completed. I Sold my house through them. They are the most incompetent, Unprofessional Company I've ever dealt with. From the very beginning starting with Bad Communication. Not responding to emails, or taking all day to send needed forms. Right up to the very end taking 5 days to wire final funds. Then waiting until the end of the 6th day only to wire to the wrong acct # to not fixing it right away the next day. I am speechless at the things they have screwed up. It's an escrow Company.
