Amenities are adequately modern, but the structure itself is ancient and rickety. Walls are paper thin, and if you have noisy neighbors, you will hear EVERYTHING. Laundry machines are constantly broken and rarely get "fixed." Management doesn't care about you and will either straight up ignore your feedback/requests, or will lie to you and say they'll "get right on it." Can't wait to move out.
