Very nice house with amenities to accommodate all guests. Very quite and relaxing. Love the house inside and out. Only negative is the temperature difference from top and bottom of home. Nest set @ 68 and top of home is comfortable. Middle area is cool and lower basement area is freezing. I would still recommend the home but warm of the extreme temperature difference from top and bottom. Definitely needs 2 separate units to make home comfortable.
