It's really unfortunate the quality of this place is so terrible considering the location. In 4 years the rent has gone up over $500. The management will not call you back. They throw away flower pots on porches - the neighbors painted stones that her grown children painted when they were young were thrown away. When the construction crew comes they leave nails and debris everywhere, and fill the dumpster with construction waste. There are no lights outside when it's dark. There is no landscaping, there are huge dirt patches... read more

I love the location of this place. Short distance from downtown PG and the beach. Cons Rent will escalate significantly every time you sign a new lease Projects never get finished. Most of the trees on the back side were cut down. Most of the old fence in the back was tore down. Some of it still stands (serving no benefit). A new one was built. There is left over wood with rusted nails and screws laying on the ground. The wood from the trees is still laying on the ground from a few weeks ago. There are broken shingles on the... read more
