I have lived here for over 8 years, I love my apartment but not the decline occuring in the building. Office, maintenance and cleaning staff have been severely cut. We have been promised new flooring in common areas for years but nothing has happened, the carpets are totally filthy. Elevators frequently not working, washers and dryers frequently not working. This used to be a pleasant place to live. I originally gave 4 stars because that is what it used to be here. But it is no longer true. The cleaning crew does a great job, but are not given enough time to really clean. The hallway carpets are embarrasingly filthy. We have been promised new flooring for over eight years. Nope, it has not happened. Maintenance also does a good job when they can, but they have been decimated by budget and personnel cuts. Clean, well-maintained, and quiet. Pleasant place to live. I originally gave 4 stars because that is what it used to be here. But it is no longer true. Terrible place to live would not recommend they pick and choose which tenants to bother.The property manager is very rude and condescending she doesn’t do her job properly and the maintenance men don’t fix things the right way at all. They need new staff ASAP!!!
