Clean, well-maintained, and quiet. Pleasant place to live. I originally gave 4 stars because that is what it used to be here. But it is no longer true. The cleaning crew does a great job, but are not given enough time to really clean. Maintenance also does a good job when they can, but they have been decimated by budget and personnel cuts. Also, the paperwork etc. implies this is a no smoking building but that is not true - this is a smoking building. Smoking is allowed in individual apartments. Clean, well-maintained, and quiet. Pleasant place to live. I originally gave 4 stars because that is what it used to be here. But it is no longer true. Due to budget cuts, management is available only four days a week and they also share time with another building across town. Terrible place to live would not recommend they pick and choose which tenants to bother.The property manager is very rude and condescending she doesn’t do her job properly and the maintenance men don’t fix things the right way at all. They need new staff ASAP!!!
Visited and applied for this place recently, hoping to get in soon. The place looks beautiful on the outside and as I was filing out my application, my kids and I met some of the tenants and they were really nice. I pray I can get in soon. My kids and I are facing homelessness and I understand how wait lists work but I can't get ahold of literally anyone else in this town (no other apartment complex) will answer their phones or return calls.
