Visited and applied for this place recently, hoping to get in soon. The place looks beautiful on the outside and as I was filing out my application, my kids and I met some of the tenants and they were really nice. I pray I can get in soon. My kids and I are facing homelessness and I understand how wait lists work but I can't get ahold of literally anyone else in this town (no other apartment complex) will answer their phones or return calls. Senior living is good but if you're in the family section across the street, it's terrible. Management is hardly here. Domestic violence is a problem here but management turns a blind eye to it as if nothing happened even though there's complaints, police reports, and they know there's people who live here that have been through it and don't want to deal with it anymore. Pretty much management just acts like there's no handbook or rules here and just lets people do whatever. So if you're looking for a family place, it's not ... read more
