I worked with Monica to get my unit at El Paraiso. She is so wonderful, professional, and friendly and assured me I would Be able to rent a unit within this really nice property. I received my approval quickly, as she submitted everything right away. Monica has checked in with me regularly via text to see if I need anything. Just really top notch service. The property is SUPER clean, and secure. Manicured landscaping, nice clean pool/spa area. They use latch to keep the building secure which is really important to me. The tr... read more

Super dangerous for the elderly when it rains. The entrance floor gets soaked in water to the point where its hard to even get in or out and it stays like that until the next morning that the office lady comes in around 10am. I don't find it fair for the elders to be drying it. If an elder falls villa paraiso better take full accountability.
I hate this place so much. They are so annoying. And they Manager is racist and she accused me and my friend of stealing a shelf, but that is way too heavy for me and my friend Alex
