I am a 73 year old adult seeking info and the free evaluation. From the time I walked in the door til the time I left I felt cared for and appreciated. Everyone gave me the attention and time I needed to get my evaluation and all my questions answered in a timely and detailed manner (especially confirmation about what my hygienist told me: that a healthy mouth promotes health of the whole body). I felt confident and even a little excited to start the process. Now if only I can convince my wife to loosen the purse strings...
Low-key rude/ don’t like when you ask questions. Don’t trust the doctor- would only talk about how bad my insurance is instead of trying to help- makes me feel and believe they only cared about money and not actual care… wouldn't recommend or ever go back. Better out there
All three of my kids saw Dr. Villa and now I am too! They have been super helpful and kind as I get use to Invisalign. Thankful for each of them!
Dr. Villa and his team did the orthodontic work for both of my kids and if I had a third, we'd be back to see him again. He & his staff are friendly, accommodating to work with our crazy schedules, available in a pinch, and always explained everything to us so we understood everything along the way.
