Terrible apartment, terrible property, washers and dryers never work, trash is always over flowing, and the office is never open. I’ve had a work order in for a month with no contact on when it’s gunna be fixed, every time I turn around they are shutting the water off for sewer damages or the electricity is off because of whatever excuse. We will not be renewing our lease next month and I strongly suggest not renting here. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
Es uno de los peores lugares donde e estado el personal de la oficina, nunca te ayuda a resolver ningún problema, no buscan soluciones . La Renta son Super caras. Cuando fuimos a un contrato, están por un precio y luego es otro, no tienes nada de seguridad, los homes te roban, se te meten en tus patios y nuca te dan un solución
I’ve lived at villas at legends field for almost 3 months now. I’m very happy with my experience here. The apartment is great, and the community is quiet and low-key. I’ve had to get maintenance one time and they came and fixed the issue within a few hours of my request. The property manager Ana has been amazing to work with. The property is kept clean and well organized thanks to her. This has been one of my best renting experiences.
