I’ve lived at villas at legends field for almost 3 months now. I’m very happy with my experience here. The apartment is great, and the community is quiet and low-key. I’ve had to get maintenance one time and they came and fixed the issue within a few hours of my request. The property manager Ana has been amazing to work with. The property is kept clean and well organized thanks to her. This has been one of my best renting experiences.
The place is great and the location better, also the service of the manager Ana Toala, good attention to renters and always answering concerns.
We just moved in at the beginning of September. The renovations done to buildings are definitely obvious. From pictures of the area before to now it’s completely different. The property manager, Ana, is very well versed in her role. Her office is open Monday through Friday 8-5. She also was very informative on the property during the hurricane that hit our first week living here and was such a big help! So far we’ve had little to no problems with anything on the property and are loving it here!
