Horrible establishment. The staff does not take any responsibility for the behavior of the children who attend there while in their care. They are unresponsive to any issues that occur with the general public because of their poorly behaved “students”.

I am so disappointed with my experience. My therapist Jocelyn almost never came out to get me in the waiting room on time for my therapy appointment. She was always 5 or 10 minutes late. On more that one occasion she was more than 15 mins late to come and get me. My last time there waiting for her I was kept waiting in the waiting room for 30 mins and the office was closing shortly. If I could give no stars I would, they claim to have all these services for the youth community residence but they don’t, the turn over is crazy, the lack of compassion and communication is disgusting as well as the lack of qualified staff and leadership, and they have bedbugs that they just keep taking from one location to the next office of mental health should probably shut them down

We had a great experience with the school. Staff seemed to genuinely care and were supportive straight through. Staff worked with my child and some went way out of their way to make sure he was successful. Offered great support for parents. There was a high turnover rate in some positions, and that was hard at times, but my experience was that once the new staff was brought up to date, we didn't have any issues. We did not have any issues continuing with supports outside the school.
