If I could give no stars I would, they claim to have all these services for the youth community residence but they don’t, the turn over is crazy, the lack of compassion and communication is disgusting as well as the lack of qualified staff and leadership, and they have bedbugs that they just keep taking from one location to the next office of mental health should probably shut them down
We had a great experience with the school. Staff seemed to genuinely care and were supportive straight through. Staff worked with my child and some went way out of their way to make sure he was successful. Offered great support for parents. There was a high turnover rate in some positions, and that was hard at times, but my experience was that once the new staff was brought up to date, we didn't have any issues. We did not have any issues continuing with supports outside the school.
