Renting in Sonoma County is brutal and Villa Oaks was no exception. Starting rent was around $1674 and by the time I left it was $2000. There was no air conditioning, no washer and dryer in the unit, no garbage disposal in the sink. There was an onsite laundry room that was COIN OPERATED. Had plumbing issues which they tried to blame me for but it was a building wide issue because their pipes are old and made of cast iron. Beautiful location, well-maintained property and adorable townhouse condos. Rented an end unit; it has a great floorplan and tons of storage. Huge, fenced yard with a storage shed, a great patio, and balcony off the master bedroom. Laundry room for every 4 units so we never had to wait. The property manager, Kaleena, is a pro and a pleasure to work with. We were there 3.5 years and never had a problem. Great apartments. Updated interior and grounds. Very quiet complex. Well maintained. Cute backyards. Nothing but good things to say. Kaleena in the leasing office is wonderful to work with.

These are NOT a luxury apartments! The neighbors don't follow the quiet hours from 10pm to morning. Fighting, partying, sex, and smoking is what my neighbors do religiously. The management will charge you for anything and everything after you move out! The old plywood of the cabinets are peeling and crumbling. The hinges of the cabinet doors are rusty. You need to know that there is nothing luxury about this place.
