Horrible place. Lived there a few years ago. Moved out after the apartments across and under were closed because of fires, floods, and black mold. Turned my keys in via the office mailbox with a note, and was continually billed for three months after I moved. I now have a $3,000 debt on my credit report for no reason.

Villa Norte' Apts, 1620 Fullerton St., Shreveport, La.71107___after repeatedly requesting (since June/2017) the kitchen oven be fixed/replaced, towel racks installed, & thermostat's broken the problems still exist w/only 1(one) rent adjustment of $30.00 has been done.
