5 stars for my manicurist, Wendy and pedicurist, Helen. Thank you for all the years of great conversation Tommy. I've been loyal here for more than 15 years. I spend about $179 for my daughter and I each visit about twice a month on mani/pedis/wax. I won't be back. For the longest time, everything was professional, updated, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Now the type of service is outdated including their polish selections. I wish I can give zero stars. I have been going here for some time and it seems like every time I go they have the attitude as though they are doing me a favor or giving me something for free. The staff is very unprofessional and always has a negative demeanor. I will never go back there again. The lady that receives people in the front is very rude. When I asked to get my nail fixed she said that her techs did not want to do my nails. I was astonished, I have never felt so disrespected with no explanation or justification. ... read more
