I will never go there again 👎🏻. I received a gift card as a Christmas present and they didn’t want to honor it, the owner was rude and disrespectful on the phone. The staff is very cold and not friendly! Never again!

I took my mother-in-law to this place for a birthday pedicure (additional information: I am dealing with postpartum issues). The skin on my feet is peeling due to the hormonal changes. All I needed was somebody to just gently remove the excess skin. I would do it myself, but due to my c-section scar, it's very hard for me to do it. I told the staff from the beginning that I was going to pay for the service, since it was a gift for my mother-in-law. Everywhere in the salon said tips were voluntary. this place gets 5 stars even though I did not get services here. Got coffee & scone at the business next door (which denied me restroom use. As a woman 9 months pregnant in summer—Dagmar’s. Do not recommend that business) However, the staff at Villa could not have been nicer about letting me use their restroom. If I lived closer this place would definitely get my business!
