ok nail salon but overpriced and hard to communicate, the low review is because they took no responsibility even after I showed them a photo for drilling into the base my natural nail to the point it caused significant pain and redness. I had similar experiences here in the past but as I am seeing a this is a consistent pattern here am now looking for a different place. Their competitor Diamond Nails around the corner from Starbucks was a much better experience.
Terrible customer service today. Tried to schedule an appointment and wasn’t able without having a technician name. They’ve always scheduled before and I’ve gone there since they’ve been open. It just so happened that my favorite wasn’t available and I needed my nails done. Victor and Lilly have always treated their clients better and provided excellent customer service.
I had such a great experience here. The staff are kind and welcoming. They gave me exactly what I asked for. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends!
i have been going here since i moved here in 2023. and its been great! today i went in, and i had the nail tech kenny. i told him what i wanted and he proceeded to do my nails. when it came time to put the acrylic on, i had explained to him the time i was in here the lady i had before told me i can mix to two colors to get the color i was looking for. i explained to kenny, that’s what i was looking for and what i liked. he proceeded to tell me “no” and grabbed my finger and started putting the color of HIS choice on my nails... read more
I went in for a pedicure and won’t be back the lady I got didn’t speak or understand English she did a horrible job she left the skin around my toe nails all scraped up from removing my gel nail polish with the nail filer the job she did was just awful I sat there pissed off,the gel polish I paid for looks all sloppy!
