We moved to Midlothian a couple of years again and with it being a small town, my wife stated we shoould get a nail shop and become loyal customers. Every time my wife and I frequent this shop, the service would get worse and worse. My wife and I have been going here for years and was always a 5 star. After tonight's experience we will not be returning and looking for another nail salon. Between all the consistent pressured upcharges to not being told about some until check out it's just not what it used to be. Very disappointed with the rude nail techs as well. Not sure what changed but will not be returning.
I’ve been coming to this nail shop consistently for the past 5–6 years, and I can honestly say I have never had a single complaint. The service and customer care are always top-tier. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in their work. One thing I truly appreciate is how well they manage their time and staffing. They are always fully staffed, and in all the years I’ve been coming here, the longest I’ve ever had to wait is about 15 minutes, which is almost unheard of for a nail salon. Most import... read more
