I love coming to this nail salon regularly. The technicians are very skilled and patient. They always make sure I am comfortable during the service. My manicure and pedicure always turn out beautiful.
Quality of customer service is very poor. I’ve given them multiple opportunities and went back today because I had a coupon. Just to leave and go pay full price somewhere else in order to have better quality of service.
Very disappointed with my experience. Our appointment took nearly three hours, and we waited over 30 minutes just to be acknowledged after sitting down. The biggest issue was the manager, who was rude, unwelcoming, and never stepped in to help staff even though customers were clearly waiting. Love my nail technician, Kenny and Hailey. They have been doing my nails for years. All I have to do is select the color I want and the perfect my nails. I also love the management staff. Victor is sweetest and kind comedian. He keeps me laughing and always makes sure you getting excellent customer service. 🥰
