I went for a powder/dip manicure ($50) and within three days most of the polish cracked and by week one the polish chipped and broke off.
Do yourself a favor and ask for Dayana! She is simply the best. Especially with more difficult shapes like stiletto.

Pricey for what I thought was an OK pedicure, and then when I paid and added tip on my credit card ($10, which for a 45-min meh pedicure seemed very fair to me), she came back and said the minimum tip was 20%. What do you mean the minimum tip?? The customer chooses what to tip. This bothered me alot, I won’t be back. I had a shoddy pedicure at their Guilford location, also, had to go back and ask them to redo the polish which I have never done.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was unfortunately the worst manicure I’ve ever had. The technician damaged my cuticles (five are now scabbed) and apologized multiple times during the appointment for causing pain. To top that, she never even asked what nail shape I wanted, and the final result was uneven on some and thick, making my fingers look larger than i’m used to (I did not realize how truly bad they were until I checked them at the end as I only checked the first one she did on my pinky which looked okay).
