I came in to have my dip polish removed, which I had originally done at this same salon. The experience was really disappointing. Instead of properly soaking my nails and wrapping them in cotton and foil, the nail tech was rushing and used a fake nail tip to flick the dip off, which was damaging my nails. I asked her to stop, and she did, but the damage was already done. I also clearly asked her not to cut my nails too short.
