I am a current tenant at the Villa Monte Vista Apartments and I love it here! The managers are the best, very friendly and helpful. My apartment was very clean and have not seen any rat or bugs of any kind. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!
If you love to live with rats then this is the place for you. When we moved in the apartment was filthy and we had to have the cleaning crew come back into clean the apartment (not that they had ever been there before). Even after the second cleaning there was human hair, hair curlers, hangers, dishes and dirt still left behind.
