I’ve been a resident for 19 years and just want to thank the management team, especially Betty, Laura and LaToya. They were very patient and kind with me during a difficult time as a resident and were always very professional. Also, they’ve definitely stepped up the apartments with the addition of pet relief stations and upkeep of all common areas. They are a great team at Villa Marina and this is definitely an apartment worth looking at if you’re thinking about moving to Chula Vista.
The management doesn’t care about anything. Its been couple months we moved in but already had a thousand problems. Nobody cares
