These are the condos off Gilman/via Alicante. My experience has gotten worse year after year. My car has been keyed over 8 times in past year, hub caps stolen, and the HOA refuses to help install video cameras or light detectors, or help at all. I have also been trolled on here and Facebook by other owners. It is not a safe place live and there is no support. Dogs off leashes, nasty neighbors that confront you over noise, watering plants, basically breathing air warrants a confrontation. Homeless people hang out in the grass... read more

Moved here July 2020, so you can imagine how much time was spent in our 2 br 2 ba, bottom unit with work from home, quarantine, etc. Moved from NYC, so vastly different renting experience. No major issues, although our unit is privately owned and was likely recently renovated. No carpet (whew), and modern appliances and countertops.
