I have a very low opinion of this apartment complex. It is not well managed, it is not maintained well and the staff is very inefficient. The garbage dumpster is always over flowing, the landscape is trashy, the occupants are loud and noisy, the requested repairs are ever completed and the evict occupants with less than a months warning. Yes, this a low income apartment complex but they should not have to be subjected to live in a slum like environment.
