MICE INFESTED! Corporate Knows! Regional Manager knows! Only solution offered is to bait the building & tear out cabinets only in my apartment, but they refuse to do an advanced preventative measure to prevent entry points! Refuse to offer rent concession after constantly reporting! Refuse to reimburse for needed storage to put all kitchen items! Offered to break lease only (with only 4/5 months left in my lease) after telling them I’d call the health department if I seen another in 30 days! POOR & INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT!
I’ve Reported an issue with mice to landlord over a course of 8 months. Baiting has not worked. This week I seen them 3 days in a row!— Now They offered to let me out my lease after I told them I would call the health department or to tear out my kitchen cabinets. Both options are an inconvenience to me. It is extremely expensive to move—— they won’t help me with moving costs. Please don’t waste your money and move here, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is INFESTED with rats and roaches!!!!! And it’s not just 1 apartment it’s the whole complex infested with them, they barely come spray and the rats eat thru the walls and carpets, we’ve complained multiple times about this issue and they would come seal the whole back up just for the rats to eat thru the wall again.
