I have been living in that building for about 3 years, I think it is one of the best places I have ever lived in, all the neighbors are very friendly, the managers are the best, the maintenance staff is very professional, any problem is solved , so quickly, my building is always clean,
Perhaps you should try putting on a coat. Or turtle neck...? Maybe you should stop blaming maintenance guys when they give you the attention you're most likely begging for... Just sayin
Can't even do laundry without having the maintenance guy watching you!!
