Just want to warn everyone - this place won't pay your security deposit back. We moved out almost 2 months ago, and still chasing the management to get our deposit back. Antonette is passionate about her work when she is selling the place to you, but she is non responsive when it comes to pay your money back. Sent them official letter by registered mail. But honestly no hope for that, we are going to small claims court. Good luck to all current and future residents of Trailhead.
What a great experience I had with trailead when I got my place 213 apartment D Antoinette. She's a lovely, friendly amazing person. She know what she's doing. She's passionate about her work. During the process, I did not do anything. She was all the time explaining how are the rules here guide me through the application I was not alone filling out the applications. Antoinette is terrific, capable, quick to respond, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, gets things done, apart from her which is all good, the utilities here are astronomical.
