DO NOT RENT HERE! Update: Finally got the deposit back with our final utilities bill deducted— a bill that we’d been requesting for a breakdown on for MONTHS and my parents are STILL being harassed by creditors even though the bill is paid. Again we cannot get a real human on the phone or via email and it’s been over three months. We’ve also stopped by multiple times and no one is ever there. These apartments are on the cold side of the hill and they are supposedly remodeled and retrofitted. But, my aunts apartment in her kitchen and bedroom have a slope to them.

We have lived at Trailhead 1 1/2 years. Julio came to manage last June and he has been terrific. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, responsive to our needs, I can't rave enough especially in our difficult and challenging move. Thank You Julio, Sincerely Ellen Levin

Just want to warn everyone - this place won't pay your security deposit back. We moved out almost 2 months ago, and still chasing the management to get our deposit back. Antonette is passionate about her work when she is selling the place to you, but she is non responsive when it comes to pay your money back. Sent them official letter by registered mail. But honestly no hope for that, we are going to small claims court. Good luck to all current and future residents of Trailhead.
