The name of the park is Villa Fresno. Have lived here for 23 years nice quiet place 99% of the people are nice since we have gotten new management place looks so much better. The rent isn't outrageous unfortunately we can't buy the space where the house sits. Wish some of the tenants would understand 10mph means 10mph have 2 many small children older residents & pets that walk around here. On a scale of 1-10 would give it 6
