Horrible customer service and over charging for cheap lining
Oh my gosh, what can I say about this place? Shane is amazing to work with. So friendly, personable, and fun. They were hit hard by the storm we had this year, so the beautiful vegetation is being nursed back to life. I have stayed 2 times in the same room. It's simply beautiful and sparkling clean. I love all the flamingos. I look forward to visiting again. By the way if you Grubhub food they will deliver it to the main porch. I was in the Chateau near the garages. A cramped, over-hyped airbnb with a thousand hidden charges and scammy description. Bad vibes from the minute I pulled up, I booked for 3 nights and left after the first. I didn't pester Shane for a refund, I didn't contact AirBnb... and then he went ahead a tried to charge me $56 for a tear in a ratty pillowcase (it was threadbare and I didn't notice if it was torn when in arrived, but all the bedding was pilling and old, bro couldn't get $2 for it at a yard sale so lol @ $56 go-off Shane). I did not expect such a beautiful room. Very quiet and peaceful setting, the host Shane was just amazing. I will definitely return, and recommend this beautiful place to anyone. Very pleasant stay. Thank you Shane.
