Thumbs up from former patient who hates hospitals! – Overall, the very best facility I've ever been in. Been in about 5, I think, now. They even allowed me to go to DMV during my stay - because patient functionality is of the highest importance to doctors and social workers there. A++++++ to them. (And I loathe hospitals so that's saying a lot).

Villa Fairmont – I am writing the review as a relative of a patient there. I found the facility excellent. I was impressed by the staff one day: a young large and muscular male got threatening with one of the Orderlies. I expected a violent scene, complete with straight-jacket, and rubber-room (which I had seen at other facilities), but was pleasantly surprised. best place around for mental health – Previous review , to my opinion is too negative to be true. In my personal experience as a family member, it is very decent recovery place if compared to many others we have experienced in the Bay area and beyond. Families are treated well, patients are allowed to go on leave, MDs are always on duty and nursing staff are competent, enthusiastic and kind for most of time.

A black hole – This is a horrible place where patients and their families are treated like garbage. Some of the patients get worst than before.
