They always complete work orders in a timely manner and are very helpful!!! Love living in this beautiful place!

(They keep removing my review for this place, but it's true) Absolutely the worst management in Chico. Just read the other reviews for this place. All of the complaints are true. All of the tenants agree it's getting worse and worse with every turnover in management. Unresponsive to needs and safety concerns of tenants. They take zero responsibility for their own mistakes.
