The apartment “manager” Ashley doesn’t take any concerns seriously and is generally sketchy in her behavior. We’ve had our cars broken into and STRAIGHT UP STOLEN on numerous occasions the last few months and nothing is done to remedy the issue. We’ve spoken to several different tenants in the complex who have shared similar sentiments, and have shared that that Ashley refused to give them the camera footage to show insurance for the one single camera they have near the office. Lived here for 8 years. I've always had any problems solved by management. Maintenance team is awesome! Some managers in the past were neglectful as some reviews say, but in recent years the team is responsive and takes care of business promptly and professionally. Always had up to date appliances, new windows, flooring, a/c replaced promptly. And new bbq upon request. They've treated me really well here. Its safe and affordable. Great place to live in my opinion.
They always complete work orders in a timely manner and are very helpful!!! Love living in this beautiful place!
