Lived here for 8 years. I've always had any problems solved by management. Maintenance team is awesome! Some managers in the past were neglectful as some reviews say, but in recent years the team is responsive and takes care of business promptly and professionally. Always had up to date appliances, new windows, flooring, a/c replaced promptly. And new bbq upon request. They've treated me really well here. Its safe and affordable. Great place to live in my opinion.
They always complete work orders in a timely manner and are very helpful!!! Love living in this beautiful place!
Villa East apartments is a well maintained facility ran by excellent management me and my family we love it here Ashley and her staff are tremendous thank you for being so kind to us the Harkins family
