Take lots of pictures of your unit if you move out! They will absolutely scam you out of money on repairs and cleaning. They showed me pictures of a unit that was not my unit to verify their claim of damage. The property owners are dishonest and fraudulent.
When I moved out, the manager tried charging me for a carpet cleaning fee AND a replacement carpet. If I never disputed the chargers then I would have been stuck with a $700 fine. I highly recommend taking pictures and videos of the unit on day 1 and the last day. This place will put any chargers on your move out ledger. PICK A DIFFERENT APARTMENT!!!
I lived at Villa for 3 years and I loved this complex and the employees. They respond well for maintenance request and the office is very nice. I would recommend to family and friends.
I really enjoy living here! My apartment is cozy with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. The gated community feels very safe, and the landscaping is always well maintained—it’s truly a beautiful place to come home to. The staff in the office are super friendly and always attentive, and the maintenance team is quick and reliable. I also love the amenities, especially the pool, and having a washer and dryer inside the unit is so convenient. Overall, it’s a great place to live—comfortable, clean, and welcoming!
I love living at Villa Du Lac! The waterfront property is spectacular! The staff both maintenance and the office are extremely helpful and always speedy with request. The residents are polite and the whole property is beautiful. I would recommend to anyone, friends and family alike.
