My husband and I have been here forover two years and our experience has been problematic from the start. The property manager is very difficult to get in touch with and we have had multiple maintenance issues that have either never been fixed or if they were fixed it was only fixed because we kept calling the office and they band aid the problem instead of fixing it properly. Most beautiful sunrises. Loved having my morning cup of coffee on our balcony. Nice and quiet.
Don't rent here my wife and I are constantly having problems with the apartment whether it's soft spots in the floor service requests not being done properly or just the fact of nobody answers the office phone and doesn't keep in contact with repairs
