Absolutely toxic environment. There is no HOA it's been dismantled by Sam Goza with RLJensen Rental Management. However, we're still expected to pay exorbitant HOA dues that pay for sweet perks for the rash of tenants that have been installed throughout along with "Big Brother-esque" cameras and floodlights. But no amendment to the non-existent CC&Rs. Think again, unless you're seeking out corruption and fraud.
