I’ve been living here for about 7ish months and I have to say the leasing team and management are outstanding! From the moment I toured, the leasing staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. they answered every question thoroughly and made the whole process smooth and super stress free. Here for 17 years— reasonably priced for the area with regular turnover. Just taken over by 4th owner who has renovated (though some renovations seemed unnecessary.) Excellent location and/but close to train. Easy access to Saturday Farmer's Market, great restaurants in downtown Sunnyvale, Target, and Whole Foods.
