I’ve had a great experience living here - the community is clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests had been smooth and quickly responded. Celina and Gabriela from the leasing office are very helpful.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now, and my experience has been very positive. The community is clean, well maintained, and feels very safe thanks to the gated access and underground parking. The location is excellent, and the Caltrain station is less than a 5-minute walk away, which is a huge plus. I also really appreciate that management continues to invest in improving the community and overall resident experience. They recently added a Smith machine and a stair master to the gym, which has been a great addition. ... read more

I’ve had a great experience living at Villa del Sol. The community is well maintained, peaceful, and the management truly cares about the residents. Celina in the office has been especially helpful—she is always professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, and you can tell she takes pride in the property. It’s a great place to live and I appreciate the effort the team puts into keeping the community clean and welcoming.
